The Almost Summer Exhibition at the Schoolhouse Gallery

Not only is National drawing day 2017 just around the corner but so is the Summer !!

We are so happy about this here at the Schoolhouse for Art that as well as our plans to join forces with the National Gallery of Ireland and celebrate National Drawing day on Saturday May 20th, we are going to keep up the celebrations for the full weekend with the ....

Schoolhouse Gallery, "Almost Summer Exhibition"

The weekend will kick off with the launch of our art exhibition on the evening of Friday the 19th from 7pm until 9pm. Saturday the 20th is National Drawing Day and as well as having our summer exhibition inside, weather permitting; we will have our easels set up in the sculpture garden for those who wish to take part in a little art to celebrate National Drawing Day and the village will be a hive of activity and music celebrating "Creative Enniskerry".

We encourage everyone to get involved and unleash their inner Picasso with the materials provided and join in with our tutors as they give demonstrations.

In the studio we will have our summer art camp tutors getting ready for this summer's fun filled art camps. They will be available to answer any questions parents may have and to give the kids a little taste of what the Schoolhouse for Art Summer Art Camp has to offer.

We anticipate a great mix of paintings and artworks in styles, sizes and prices that should guarantee that we'll have something to suit your taste...and your budget!

Join the fun at this years exhibition at the Schoolhouse Gallery in Enniskerry, May 19th, 20th & 21st from 12pm until 5pm each day.  All are welcome and entrance is free.
