TERMS AND CONDITIONs

Class and Workshop places

Places in our classes and workshops are offered on a first come, first served basis to individuals, once payment has been made.  If a course is over subscribed or has insufficient subscription to allow it to proceed, the student may be offered the option of a transfer to another class or workshop, or a refund of their course fee.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to pro-rate courses. It is not possible to reimburse individuals for missed classes. Even if students know in advance that they cannot attend one of the dates of the course/block that they have signed/or wish to sign up for. All classes must be paid for in advance regardless of attendance.

Class and Workshop Cancellations

We really hope you take careful consideration when booking into any of our classes/workshops. We need to confirm class numbers, secure studio space and our artist tutors time well in advance including any necessary travel/accommodation requirements for artist tutors to ensure it’s viable. Any changes to class numbers can be detrimental to our business. While we appreciate life is not always predictable and things can sometimes change at the last minute we have done our best to create policies that are fair to you as well as ensuring we can continue to do what we do.
